    Gallerist Jessica will open the evening with a welcome address on the intersection of art, transformation, and intentionality. She will frame the significance of this seasonal pivot and why the Gallery provides the perfect sanctuary for professional attunement.

  • The Guided Experience: Meditation in Motion

    Led by our expert facilitator, you will enter a guided state of embodiment. Unlike traditional seated meditation, you are invited to move, walk, or stand still— As you lose yourself in the curated artwork, you will find your inner fire, clearing the mental static of the new year to make room for what is ready to be born.

  • Nourishment & Connection

    Following the attunement, enjoy a sophisticated selection of:

    • Artisan Charcuterie: Locally sourced, curated boards.

For this inaugural event at Ashdale, Lisa brings her expertise in guided meditation and sensory awareness to help professionals move beyond the traditional "hustle."
