This series is based on the Sea Wolves of the Vancouver Island and Sunshine Coast area. I’m a wee bit taken with these creatures...my dog, Stella, who I think is part wolf was the original inspiration and a live model for the basic form. Just like their domestic offshoots, they are gentle, playful and kind but also very smart.
