Shipping policy

We aim to have your order packed and picked up by the shipping carrier within one week of purchase.

We use standard shipping, and the carrier will vary based on your location, the piece you  have purchased and what will be the best option available. 

Exact shipping times will vary with location.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been packed and picked up by the shipping carrier. 

Damages that occur during shipping are the fault of the carrier, and Ashdale Gallery will work through these on a case by case basis.
